Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Patient Experience Surveys are available at a low cost to members as well as non-members.

The purpose of the survey is to provide the organization with information and insight from the patient's viewpoint about the services provided. The results are intended for internal use by management to design and track quality improvement. The survey was designed to capture necessary items for PCMH recognition. The survey is currently available in English and Spanish.

Completed surveys are processed by MWCN which allows for substantial time savings at your health center. Reports of the results are provided in organization, site, and provider levels and are professionally formatted. In addition, aggregated data from other health centers is supplied for a comparative report.

In addition to returning the standard reports provided for each order, customers also have the option of having the patient comments processed and also the ability to order customized reports. Customized reports can provide a wealth of information for purposes of internal review or grant applications. Several members have utilized information on gender, race and age to study satisfaction among their patients.

Quarterly Newsletter Archive

The Midwest Clinicians' Network, (MWCN) is honored to present you with a quarterly newsletter. Our goal is to enhance professional and personal growth for clinicians to become effective leaders for their health centers and promoters of quality, community-based primary health care. The newsletter will be sent electronically to member organizations and posted on the website.

In the newsletters we hope to provide concise information related to current concerns you are dealing with. To accomplish this goal we will need your help and input for this newsletter to be a success so please feel free to offer any information or suggestions that you think would be beneficial to clinicians as our goal is to make this newsletter a resource that covers a variety of topics and concerns. In addition, we enjoy highlighting happenings at our member health centers. Please send us anything you would like to share in the newsletter.
