Patient and Employee Satisfaction Surveys

Available at a low cost to members as well as non-members. Completed surveys are processed by MWCN which allows for substantial time savings at the health center level as well as professionally formatted reports for the organization, site, and providers. In addition, aggregated data from other health centers is supplied for a comparative report.

 

Networking

MWCN manages a successful listserv (group email) for members to address questions and answers anonymously on topics that impact providers and the organziation. 

 

Library of Shared Documents

MWCN has hundreds of documents shared by members and stored in the “Member Area” of the website.

 

Research Opportunities

MWCN has an outstanding research committee working with the University of Chicago on several ongoing research projects. In addition, the Research Committee is available as an expert resource to health centers looking for support during their local research projects.

 

Newsletters

MWCN offers a quarterly newsletter with articles that are often written by health centers themselves thus providing a personal and realistic approach to topics and best practices that interest the whole.
